Our kitchen is not nut-free. For dietary requests (gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.), please email info@riverthamescruises.co.uk by Friday, 13th December. We will attempt to accommodate requests but may substitute similar items if necessary.

- Seating is limited and not guaranteed.
- Boarding passes will be emailed by Friday, 13th December 2024, or the next working day for later purchases. Please ensure the correct email address is provided.
- Photo ID and boat tickets are required prior to boarding. Pier passes can be sent with tickets if needed.
- Please allow for extra travel time due to road and station closures; use public transport as taxis and private vehicles are restricted near piers.
- Our vessels cannot accommodate for latecomers. Group bookings must arrive together.
- NOTE: Please be aware that the Onyx of London and London Belle are exclusively family vessels.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Just wanted to let you know that we had a fabulous time on the lunch cruise today.
The staff were lovely and very friendly.
They even took the time to pipe Happy Birthday on the dessert plate, might have been some kind of icing.
The view out the window was lovely too.
We even got to meet a lovely couple on the next table and the lady was also celebrating her birthday.
Great day all round.
