Refunds are not available once the booking is confirmed.
Please note that we cannot wait for late arrivals or return to the piers. All cruises adhere to strict time schedules.
We can cater to vegetarian (V), vegan (VG), and gluten-free (GF) requests provided we have 72-hours prior notice; however, we do not provide menus which are both VG and GF.
The company cannot assure nut-free products or the absence of nut traces.
Some tables are situated near other diners and are pre-allocated before boarding. All tables are fixed to the floor and cannot be moved. Window tables are available which seat up to a maximum of two people.
Dress code for all Jazz Dinner Cruises is semi-formal so we encourage you to dress up for the occasion! No flip-flops, leisurewear and ripped jeans.

Please note that window seats on our vessels accommodate a minimum and maximum of two guests. For parties larger than two who desire window seating, we will arrange for your group to be seated at separate tables, each with a window view.
