- Please note that if we do not meet the minimum number of passengers for this cruise, we will automatically transfer your booking to one of our other disco cruises.
- An e-ticket will be sent with the timings and the name of the boat one week prior to your booking.
- Refunds are not available once the booking is confirmed.
- Please note that we cannot wait for late arrivals or return to the piers. All cruises adhere to strict time schedules.
- Special meal requests must be placed at least 72 hours prior to the event date via info@riverthamescruises.co.uk quoting your reference number.
- The company cannot assure nut-free products or the absence of nut traces.
