- First come, first served
- Please be aware that seating is limited, so we recommend arriving early at the pier to secure a spot on board.
- As this is a shorter cruise, we encourage guests to soak in the views from the exterior deck after enjoying a delicious afternoon tea.
- Our afternoon tea cruise will feature a buffet-style setup, with service staff preparing your plate for you, along with a refillable tea & coffee station available on board.
- Dress to Impress (No caps, trainers or sportswear).
- An e-ticket will be sent with the timings and the name of the boat one week prior to your booking.
- Refunds are not available once the booking is confirmed.
- Please note that we cannot wait for late arrivals or return to the piers. All cruises adhere to strict time schedules.
- Special meal requests must be placed at least 72 hours in advance via info@riverthamescruises.co.uk quoting your booking reference number.
- The management reserve the right to refuse admission.
- The captain will host a safety announcement before setting sail.
